Deuteronomy 6:5 says
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength"
- all that we do should be worship to God.
Our Weekly Collections
We are proud to say that none of our collections pay for the running of our church. They are all given to other charities. For more information visit our Giving page.
Sunday Morning at 8am
This is a traditional Communion Service
Sunday Morning at 10am
This is a Communion Service with a mixture of traditional and contemporary worship.
We have a team of “Welcomers” at the door. They will give you the weekly Newsboard and find out where you would like to sit. The hymns, prayers and other information to help with the service are displayed on screens at the front of each aisle. Our Collection is taken during the singing of a hymn and every week it goes to a different charity (named in the weekly sheet).
After the service refreshments are served in the Church Hall.
4Everyone Service at 10am
On the 1st Sunday of the month we have our 4Everyone service in place of our worship & communion service. This is a shorter and more informal service. Its is an All Age service and children are especially welcome with activities for them during the service and toys available for the much younger ones for parents/carers with small children.
Evening Worship at 4pm
This takes place in local Residential Homes (as listed weekly in the News Board).
Tuesday Morning 10am
We have a Holy Communion Service on Tuesday morning which is a quiet, reflective service with no hymns to which all are welcome.
On the 3rd Tuesday of the month, Mothers' Union attend and lead us in prayer and readings.
Throughout the rest of the week at different times of the month, we visit and take communion to our parish care homes and residential homes. For more information on this please contact the Church Office.
